How to organize pdf
- Choose one PDF, or drop it on the page. Every page appears as a thumbnail.
- Drag pages into the order you want, or use the arrows on each card.
- Remove pages you do not need with the bin button.

See the pages, then move them
Reordering by number alone is guesswork; this tool renders every page as a thumbnail so you rearrange by looking at content. Drag a page to its new place, or use the arrow buttons on each card when you prefer the keyboard. Remove a page with the bin, and it drops out of the result entirely.
The saved document copies pages in your final order, byte-for-byte: text stays selectable, images keep their resolution. Nothing is re-rendered. Documents up to 300 pages get thumbnails; beyond that, use the splitter and organize the pieces.
The jobs it exists for: putting the signature page last, moving a cover sheet to the front, assembling a deck from a template, and pulling the three pages that matter to the top before a meeting.
Limits and honest notes
One document per run, up to 25 MB. Thumbnail rendering uses PDF.js, which loads on first use and is cached afterwards.
Reordering copies pages; it cannot edit what is on them. Password-protected documents are reported as errors. Everything happens in this tab.
Frequently asked questions
How do I move a page?
Drag its thumbnail to the new position, or use the arrow buttons on the card. Keyboard users: focus a card and press Alt+Left/Right.
How do I delete a page here?
The bin button on each card removes it from the result. For range-based deletion, use the Delete pages tool instead.
Does reordering change quality?
No. Pages are copied byte-for-byte into the new order; nothing is re-rendered.
Is there a page limit?
The first 300 pages get thumbnails, which covers nearly every document. For larger ones, split first, organize the parts.
